〜 Two Construction Machines can be Remotely Controlled via 10 HD Video Streaming and Transmission of MGs〜
The full-scale deployment of remote construction still faces numerous technical challenges, including minimizing the impact of network latency and transmission errors on video streaming required for remote operation at construction sites, and the need to efficiently transmit large volumes of images within limited network bandwidth. To address these challenges, we developed a video transmission system using a single Starlink Mini terminal, which are affordable and deployable anywhere, enabling efficient, low-latency transmission and reception of on-site video. This established a highly reliable, high-quality video transmission environment. We have verified ultra-long-distance operations exceeding 900 km using two types of construction machinery.
