作業者見守りシステム「DecoBull（デコブル）」は、作業現場における安全管理と熱中症対策を目的とした見守りシステムです。2つの機器を用いて作業者の状態を常時モニタリングし、異常状態を検知することで、早期発見・早期対応を可能にします。
異常を検知した際には、作業者本人だけでなく、周辺で作業している作業者や管理監督者へ即時に通知が送られ、迅速な対応につなげることができます。検知する異常状態には、体調変化、ヘルプコール、墜落・転倒などがあり、体調変化については作業者ごとに設定できる閾値に基づいて発報されます。また、墜落や転倒は加速度センサーにより自動的に検知されます。
管理監督者が閲覧できるWeb画面では、作業者の脈拍や肌温度などのバイタルデータに加え、位置情報や推定WBGT（暑さ指数）、体調変化のグラフなどをリアルタイムで確認することができます。これにより、離れた場所からでも現場の状況を把握でき、安全管理の効率化に貢献します。

The worker monitoring system “DecoBull” is designed to enhance safety management and prevent heat-related illnesses in work environments. By using two devices to continuously monitor workers’ conditions, the system detects abnormal situations and enables early detection and rapid response.
When an abnormal condition is detected, notifications are immediately sent not only to the worker but also to nearby workers and supervisors, allowing for prompt action. The system can detect several types of abnormal situations, including changes in physical condition, help calls, and falls or accidents. Alerts related to physical condition are issued based on individually configured threshold values for each worker. Falls or accidents are automatically detected using an acceleration sensor.
Supervisors can access a web-based management screen where they can monitor workers’ vital data in real time, including heart rate and skin temperature, as well as location information, estimated WBGT (Wet Bulb Globe Temperature), and graphs showing changes in physical condition. This allows supervisors to understand the situation on-site even from remote locations and contributes to more efficient safety management.
