Magic Mat – HDPE Ground Protection Mat

製品・サービス説明

Magic Mat is a next-generation ground protection mat designed for rapid installation, enhanced safety, and sustainable site operations. Weighing approximately 40 kg per panel, it combines lightweight handling with high load-bearing performance capable of supporting the safe passage of heavy construction equipment.
Compared with conventional steel plates, Magic Mat reduces installation and removal time and labor. The panels can be installed by a small crew without heavy equipment, making them ideal for tight schedules or sites requiring frequent relocation. This improves efficiency and reduces on-site workload.
A defining feature of Magic Mat is its uniquely engineered interlocking structure. Once installed, the connected panels resist shifting and lifting, enabling stable placement even on uneven or soft ground. The continuous surface formed by the interlocked mats allows heavy equipment to travel safely while maintaining clear work routes across the site. The structure also helps prevent ground water from reaching the mat surface, reducing slip and fall risks in rainy or muddy conditions and supporting overall worker safety.
The interlocking system enables flexible configurations, including straight, L-shaped, and U-shaped layouts. Installation areas can be adjusted in response to changes in construction phases or work zones, increasing operational flexibility. In addition, compared with steel plates that can become extremely hot during summer, Magic Mat helps limit surface temperature rise, contributing to improved working conditions.
Beyond operational performance, Magic Mat supports environmental responsibility. Its lightweight construction enhances transportation efficiency, reducing fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions during logistics. Manufactured from 100% recyclable high-density polyethylene (HDPE), the mats can be fully recycled after use. With high durability and repeated reusability, Magic Mat provides a practical balance between environmental consideration and cost efficiency, making it well suited to ESG and sustainability initiatives.

MagicMat Trench Guards and Line Protector

製品・サービス説明

“Trench Guard: A Temporary Roadway Cover for Excavation Trenches” and “Line Protector: A Temporary Ramp for Crossing Above-Ground Utility Lines” are temporary access solutions designed to keep traffic moving and work areas safe during road and infrastructure projects. By maintaining access where trench excavation or temporary utility lines would otherwise interrupt the route, they support smoother site operations and safer traffic management.

The Trench Guard is a modular temporary roadway cover designed to span trenches created during road excavation for pipe or cable installation, allowing both public traffic and construction vehicles to pass safely. It accommodates trench widths of up to 700 mm and supports vehicle loads of up to 44 tonnes. Compared with steel road plates, its lighter weight can help reduce the labor involved in transport, installation, and removal. In addition to short-term works, it can also be used flexibly as a semi-permanent temporary access solution, depending on site conditions and project duration.

The Line Protector is a reusable temporary ramp that allows vehicles to cross safely over temporary above-ground pipes and utility lines. It offers an alternative to earthen ramps that are often built on site for each project and then removed and discarded after use. Because it can be installed relatively quickly to suit site conditions, it can also help reduce road-closure time and improve operational flexibility during construction.

Both products feature surface profiles and color schemes selected for slip resistance and visibility, enhancing safety within construction work zones. Their repairable, reuse-oriented design reduces material waste and helps lower environmental impact. When used together—at trench sections and temporary utility crossings—they provide a key advantage: maintaining a continuous, uninterrupted traffic route throughout the work area.

SolidVac : Air-Driven Slurry Pump

製品・サービス説明

SolidVac is an air-driven slurry pump powered by compressed air. Because it does not use an electric motor or external electrical power, it can be applied in temporary installations, outdoor work areas, remote locations, and sites where explosion-proof considerations are important. It is intended for recovering and transferring muddy water, sludge, and slurry generated in construction and civil engineering work, plant maintenance, tank cleaning, and sewerage or water-treatment operations.
The pump is designed to handle slurry-like fluids that may contain sand, grit, chips, or oily components, making it suitable for tasks such as pit cleaning, sludge removal, dewatering support, and the transfer of sediment-laden liquids during maintenance or excavation work. Its cyclic pumping system uses a hollow structure with no rotating impeller, allowing it to respond to changes in fluid condition during operation. Operating conditions can also be adjusted according to particle size and required flow volume.

The main body and key valves are made of 316 stainless steel for corrosion resistance, supporting use in coastal areas, outdoor environments, and applications involving seawater or chemically influenced fluids. Its compact design, together with wheels on selected models, supports easy movement and installation in confined or hard-to-access spaces. Multiple models are available to match different capacity, particle size, and installation requirements, allowing users to select a configuration suited to each site.
