ジオテツ(土留部材引抜同時充填)工法は、コスト縮減と事業損失防止、リユース、リサイクル、SDGsに貢献する工法です。
これまで周辺へ影響を考慮して、やむなく残置を前提としてきた民家や下水管等地下埋設物や鉄道に近接した箇所や軟弱地盤や堤防・堤体で、鋼矢板やH鋼・鋼管杭などが安心して引き抜けるオンリーワン工法。
水中での施工も可能。災害時の鋼材の有効利用もできます。
しかも、鋼矢板の残置(埋め殺し)より安価で、多くの場合でコスト削減を可能にしました。
The GEOTETS (earth retaining member extraction and simultaneous filling) method is a construction method that contributes to cost reduction, prevention of business losses, reuse, recycling, and SDGs.
This unique method allows for the safe extraction of steel sheet piles, H-beams, and steel pipe piles in areas close to private homes, underground utilities such as sewer pipes, railways, soft ground, and embankments/dams, where previously, due to considerations of the impact on the surrounding area, the structure had to be left in place.
It can also be used for underwater construction. It allows for the effective utilization of steel materials in the event of a disaster.
Moreover, it is cheaper than leaving steel sheet piles in place (burying them permanently), enabling cost reduction in many cases.
