PHOTONap

製品・サービス説明

PHOTONap is a smartphone app that creates a complete photo book the moment you take a photo on-site, automatically recording location and shooting direction.
Managing field photos has always come with familiar frustrations: "Where did I take this photo?" and "Which direction was I facing?" After returning to the office, workers spend significant time sorting through photos, trying to recall locations, and assembling them into ledgers. PHOTONap eliminates this problem at its root.
Each photo is displayed on a map with its shooting position and direction, making it instantly clear where and which way each shot was taken. Completed photo books can be exported as A4-format PDF files and sent via email, giving you a ready-to-use report or field record while still on-site.
The app serves any field where photo documentation is required: infrastructure patrol inspections, disaster site documentation, on-site verification by land surveyors, property assessments by compensation consultants, and more. A freemium model lets anyone start using core features immediately at no cost. The PRO version offers advanced features including a drawing overlay mode for specialized professional use. A smart photo book tool dedicated to all field workers.

TerraMarkAR

製品・サービス説明

TerraMarkAR is an iPad app that makes land boundaries visible using augmented reality.
Land boundaries are invisible, even when they have been officially confirmed. Boundary markers get buried in the ground, and even when shown the survey drawings, people cannot tell where those lines fall in real life. "This is the boundary," the expert explains — but the nagging question remains: "Is it really here?" This is an everyday reality at boundary confirmation sites.
With TerraMarkAR, simply hold up an iPad and boundary points appear in real space. No specialized surveying equipment is needed — just one iPad. Even without the ability to read survey drawings, landowners and all parties involved can see the same boundary with their own eyes, resolving uncertainty on the spot.
The app is used in a wide range of situations involving land boundaries, including boundary witness meetings for cadastral surveys, on-site verification for land acquisition, and collateral assessments in real estate transactions. Officially adopted by Aichi Prefecture in fiscal year 2025. Surveyors confirm the boundaries; TerraMarkAR delivers those results in a form everyone can understand.

GeoMappAR

製品・サービス説明

GeoMappAR is a platform app that brings together underground utility verification, regulatory zone awareness, permit procedure lookup, and cross-organizational information sharing — all on a single map.
Digital ledgers exist, yet workers still print them on paper to carry to the site. Checking underground utilities or regulatory requirements means visiting government office counters one by one, each and every time. "The data exists, but it cannot be used in the field" — this inefficiency persists as a matter of course in government and infrastructure management. GeoMappAR integrates all of this information on a smartphone map, creating an environment where everything can be confirmed, recorded, and shared on-site.
The platform works as an information-sharing tool within municipal departments and as a coordination hub across government-to-private and private-to-private boundaries. It features a phase-free design: used for daily patrol inspections and maintenance in normal times, it seamlessly transitions into a cross-organizational information-sharing platform during emergencies. The more it is used, the more it accumulates — who checked what, where, and how they decided. Over time, this becomes a system where veteran expertise is passed on to the next project.
A next-generation mapping app where field knowledge circulates.
