Retrofit-Ready Hardware Unit

製品・サービス説明

Labor shortages and hazardous working conditions on construction sites — Physical AI is capturing global attention as a solution to these pressing challenges. By embedding artificial intelligence into real-world machines and environments to enable autonomous operation, DeepX is bringing this technology to practical use in construction machinery.
The gateway to this capability is DeepX’s all-in-one hardware unit. Integrating GNSS positioning, wide-area communications, a control controller, and a status indicator light into a single compact package, this unit transforms existing machines into Physical AI-ready platforms through retrofit installation alone. It also supports expanded connectivity with external sensors such as emergency stop circuits and LiDAR, allowing the system to be scaled up incrementally as automation requirements grow.
This unit has already been deployed on equipment from leading domestic and international manufacturers — including Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi Construction Machinery, Bomag, Volvo, and Bell — with compatible models continuing to expand. DeepX: Automation for the Real Worksite — Use Cases and Technology

製品・サービス説明

Plants and construction sites face a host of challenges that general-purpose robotics simply cannot address: labor shortages, harsh operating environments, and fleets of mixed-manufacturer machinery. DeepX has developed Physical AI that can be retrofitted onto existing machines — built in direct response to the realities of these demanding environments.
This exhibit presents the key technologies DeepX has developed and deployed, spanning a broad spectrum from solutions already operating in the field to applications anticipated for future worksites. Rather than showcasing technology as a finished product in isolation, our goal is to present a clear vision of where it can go next — giving visitors a tangible sense of how far this technology can reach and what it can become.
Experience firsthand where "automation that truly works on the jobsite" stands today, and where it is headed tomorrow.
