Recommended application range: Petroleum, water-based, and synthetic hydraulic oil media. Suitable for vehicle mounted lifting platforms, lubricating oil pipes, burst prevention control pipelines, hydraulic elevators, and agricultural and construction machinery and equipment. The orange C7SNCDL meets the non-conductive requirements of SAE100 R7. Both C7SDL and S7SNDL hoses meet or exceed the performance requirements of SAE 100R7, and have much smaller bending radii.
Hose inner tube: 100% seamless nylon *, suitable for various hydraulic fluids, including phosphate esters and ethylene glycol.
Enhancement layer: A single-layer polymer woven reinforcement layer.
Hose skin: Black or orange polyurethane *, resistant to hydraulic oil, high temperature, aging, and weathering. Orange C7SNCDL without perforations to meet non-conductive application requirements. Compliant with SAE100R7 conductivity test. At 75 kV/ft, the maximum leakage for 5 minutes should not exceed 50 microamperes. Orange is an industrially recognized non-conductive hose color. Black C7SDL perforated, used in general hydraulic and pneumatic applications.
Temperature range: -65 ℉ to+200 ℉ (-54 ℃ to+93 ℃). Continuous transportation of petroleum and synthetic oil. The maximum temperature of water, water/oil lotion and water glycol tube is+158 ℉ (+70 ℃).
