Q Series — AI Camera System for Heavy Machinery & Construction Equipment

製品・サービス説明

The INBYTE Q Series was developed to prevent contact accidents between people and vehicles or heavy machinery — hazards that occur across construction sites, factories, warehouses, and all kinds of work environments.

Unlike dashboard cameras, which are designed to record footage after an accident occurs, the Q Series is a preventive system built to stop accidents before they happen. Using a proprietary deep learning algorithm, it detects people in real time with high accuracy — regardless of posture, whether standing or crouching. When a person enters a danger zone, the system immediately alerts the operator via an approximately 90dB buzzer and a 7-inch monitor warning. Combined with vehicle stop protocols, this actively prevents contact accidents from occurring.

The lineup features three models to suit different needs: the Q5 (single camera, rear blind spot coverage), Q4 (dual camera), and Q7 (four cameras, near-360° coverage). Additional cameras can be installed on vehicles with multiple blind spots, ensuring the optimal configuration for any site or vehicle type. The all-in-one design — camera, monitor, and buzzer included — requires no specialized knowledge and can be retrofitted to existing vehicles with ease.

Traditional systems using IC tags or ultrasonic sensors risk missing workers who are not wearing tags. The Q Series uses AI-based image analysis to detect anyone in the camera’s field of view. With an IP68-rated camera and IP65-rated main unit, the system operates reliably even in rain and dusty conditions. On models equipped with recording functionality, footage can be used for sharing near-miss incidents and mapping hazardous areas — supporting broader safety education and site safety initiatives.

M4 / PROTECT EYE: AI-Powered Safety Monitoring for Industrial Sites

製品・サービス説明

INBYTE’s industrial AI camera solution is designed to prevent workplace accidents before they occur — across construction sites, factories, warehouses, and other industrial environments. Fixed-mounted at the facility or job site, the system keeps AI-powered watch over hazardous areas at all times.

M4 detects unauthorized entry into restricted zones in real time, triggering instant alerts via alarm sounds and warning lights to notify everyone in the vicinity. Supporting up to four cameras for wide-area coverage, M4 uses PoE technology to consolidate both power and signal into a single LAN cable — significantly reducing installation work. Hazardous zones and alert conditions can be configured individually per camera, allowing flexible adaptation to any site layout.

PROTECT EYE stands out for its AI learning capability, which allows alert triggers to be fully customized to match site-specific safety rules (customization available for lot-based production). Triggers can be defined for scenarios such as detecting workers without helmets, identifying falls or collapses, and flagging unauthorized entry into restricted areas — among many others. The moment a trigger condition is met, an immediate remote alert is sent to the site manager, enabling real-time safety monitoring without requiring on-site supervision.

When a violation is detected, the flow is straightforward: alert issued → site inspection → footage review for cause identification. Accumulated recordings can also be used for sharing near-miss incidents and conducting safety training.

Unlike conventional infrared or electromagnetic sensors that cannot distinguish people from objects and frequently generate false alarms, INBYTE’s AI camera identifies people with high precision — minimizing false alerts. Combined with customizable AI learning, the system delivers advanced safety management tailored to the demands of any industrial environment.

RODS-RL6 / RC-06C-ALL: Millimeter-wave Radar Proximity Alert System

製品・サービス説明

Detecting every hidden danger before it becomes an accident. INBYTE’s millimeter-wave radar proximity warning system continuously monitors the rear and side blind spots of large trucks, buses, and construction vehicles — alerting drivers instantly with staged warnings whenever people, other vehicles, obstacles, or structures are detected.

The system’s greatest strength is its stable detection performance, entirely unaffected by weather or environmental conditions. Camera-based systems lose accuracy in backlit, nighttime, or adverse weather conditions. Infrared sensors are vulnerable to rain, fog, and solar reflections. Ultrasonic sensors struggle with strong winds, temperature changes, and long-range detection. Millimeter-wave radar uses electromagnetic wave measurement, maintaining consistent detection performance even in torrential rain, heavy fog, and dust-filled construction environments — detecting not just people, but any object within the blind spot.

The user benefits are clear. Beyond preventing accidents involving people and vehicle damage, the system reduces driver stress and improves operational efficiency. It also minimizes the risk of work stoppages caused by accidents, directly reducing companies’ exposure to labor accident liability and compensation claims.

Built to withstand the harshest conditions with an IP69K rating (high-pressure wash resistant) and 15G vibration resistance, the system ensures long-term reliability on any job site. Three selectable detection modes cover everything from low-speed yard maneuvering to wide-area roadside monitoring. Easy retrofitting allows immediate installation on existing vehicles, and the RC-06C-ALL integrates radar, camera, and monitor into a single all-in-one unit.
